MediServ’s strength is found in its longevity.
The roots of MediServ began in 1989 as a Practice Management Company. From that experience, and
seeing the need for technology and performance based medical billing, MediServ switched to a medical
billing company in 1993. MediServ management quickly recognized it was impossible to be an authority
in the coding and billing of all medical specialties. Consequently, MediServ began its focus on
radiology and surgery coding and billing only.
MediServ understands that many in house billing operations and other billing services are losing the
revenue of its employers and clients as a result of inefficient billing operations. In contrast,
MediServ continues to invest in new technology, improved performance standards, training and education
that has produced one the most successful, long term billing operations in the country.
